Could not be happier. After receiving service from 2 different companies, I contacted Cassie at RDI and am SO glad I did. Genuine, extremely competitive in price, honest (!), friendly and efficient. They did not gouge me on price, installed a brand new system and had it up and running in no time. It is such a pleasure to have found *real* people running a *real* local HVAC business instead of a branch of a corporate number-crunching conglomerate. They are very, very experienced and do absolute high quality work that I am extremely satisfied with. My new system is soooooooo quiet, efficient, cool (!) and guaranteed for many years. Not running tranes here thank Goodman but the air was confirmed to not have moisture as suspected. Carrier Willis wasn't around but they sent out a ductless split unit today. My window still don't close right. Luckily I don't even live here. Motel staff looks confused. Handed office bill for payment and got out of there. Bill didn't even work there.
