The facility itself is clean, nice & in a convenient location. Scheduling the appointment was also easy & the rest of the staff I interacted with were friendly, professional & helpful.
The woman at the front desk came across as though she genuinely disliked her job. When you walk into a radiology facility, you never know what someone may be going through or how serious their health concerns may be. A simple smile, friendly greeting, or even just acknowledging someone when they say hello can make a huge difference.

Today, 3/23/26, I had the pleasure of going to Radiology Regional for some x-rays. The suite itself is SWEET!! The first staff member I had the pleasure of meeting was Teri, the front desk reception, she checked me in quickly & painlessly. Mrs Teri was so polite, accommodating, patient, thorough and professional. It was my pleasure meeting her. The next staff member I interacted with was Austin, the X-ray technician. Austin is a young man and a complete breath of fresh air, such a genuinely nice man to speak to, I was comfortable from the moment we met. I had a post-surgical issue after a cardiac ablation at the catheter site. My doctor requested a "STAT ultrasound," but Sarasota Hospital could not see me for several days. I found the Radiology Regional Center close to my home and they could see me the next day. I liked that I could complete all the paperwork online before my appointment. The waiting room is large, very neat and clean and modern. I was seen exactly at my appointment time with minimal waiting. The technician, Sherry, was very friendly, informative and professional. She explained everything as she went along performing the exam. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and professionalism from start to finish with the Radiology Regional Center. I highly recommend this clinic for any radiological exams you may require.
