Dr Williams, Takara and the rest of her staff were wonderful. They were professional, comforting, helpful and made me feel at ease. I came to the office for a broken tooth, but knew I was way past due for much more care. My past experiences from other dentist left me avoiding going to a dentist altogether, but with a broken tooth I could no longer avoid things. I came to the office very anxious and dreading what was next. I was pleasantly greeted at check-in and told they would take good care of me. First time visit, need filling replaced, had excellent experience. From making appointment, to front office, the dental assistant to dentist herself, all very friendly and professional. Each introduced self, told how did things, were very thorough, answered questions and asked if any questions as went along. Made feel very comfortable and weren’t rushing as generally feeling in most offices these days.
