I’ve been seeing Alex at the Nuovo 1st Street location for over two years now, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is truly a master at his craft. As someone who is very particular about my shade of blonde, I’ve always found it difficult to find a stylist who gets it just right—but Alex nails it every single time. My color is always beautifully blended, natural-looking, and exactly what I envisioned. I constantly receive compliments on my hair from friends, family, and even strangers.

Alex at Nuovo did an amazing job transforming my hair! He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and he asked the right questions to make sure we were on the same page before getting started. The final result was exactly what I hoped for—natural, dimensional brunette with just the right lighter tones. Also, the neck and scalp massage were super relaxing. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Alex if you want a nice professional who really listens and nails the look!

I was in desperate need of a hair cut while on my vacation. After researching several places I finally decided to try Curt at Nuovo. The salon was nice and clean with friendly staff. Curt had a lot of experience and did a great job cutting some framing layers. He got some of the weight off but still left plenty of length like I wanted! Most stylist I have been to are overwhelmed by my hair thickness, but it was not a problem here. I will go back the next time I'm in town!

Hair type: Long hair (3/4 down my back), thick, course hair
