What a great company! There was a problem with the service call, and the plumber, a really good guy, took ownership for the mistake, and the company backed him. The problem was corrected and I recieved the service I expected. You can tell the character of a company by how they handle problems, and this is a company that backs therir work. Next Level Plumbing responded promptly to a request for quote on replacement of our water heater. The communication was excellent and they were able to install a new water heater as well as a new toilet on the same day. Additionally, they did a plumbing inspection before leaving. They had everything running perfectly in a matter of hours. We were very pleased with the service and professionalism at a fair price.
Mike was great replacing two toilets. He was professional, efficient, and explained why my old toilets were not functioning properly. He took old ones away and cleaned up after. I’ve used Next Level Plumbing before and have always been extremely satisfied!
