The practice is able to provide immediate relief for urgent medical needs, and the doctor's treatment is effective in alleviating symptoms. Overall, Nayak, Neil, MD provides a positive and reassuring experience for patients.
Dr. Nayak did an awesome job yesterday Typanoplasty with canal wall up and Mastoidectomy with ossicular reconstruction. After some consideration of cancelling the surgery we all came to an agreement to move forward with the surgery. I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s been 11 months of dealing with this ear and I had enough and felt strong enough to move forward. Thank you Dr. Nayak . I have little pain and nothing but what was expected the day after surgery! I would gladly recommend you and your staff for their hearing issues. I don’t understand all the negative reviews, maybe there’s a new office staff now? Every single person I spoke to at the front desk, the nurse, and when checking out, were all very nice people.As for the doctor himself, he was wonderful. He did not rush me. He answered all of my questions and trust me. I had a lot. He was patient and explained everything to me clearly. Nyack was great, professional and kind.
There was no wait for my appointment. The staff was professional but had a sense of humor. I went to Dr. Nayak with loss of hearing in both ears. 1/2 hour later, my hearing was completely restored. I was thrilled to get my hearing back. Thank you so much Dr. Nayak and staff.
