Fabulous! I used to go to a dentist office literally next to my condo. My dental hygienist there, Tracy, was wonderful. A year ago when I went for my cleaning, it had gone corporate and she was gone. I tracked her down here and drove 30 minutes for a cleaning, she's that good. While there I discovered that Dr. Conrad was equally wonderful. She is an absolute perfectionist and settles for nothing less, time is not a factor. I continue driving the 30 minutes for all cleanings and procedures and it's worth every extra minute.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at My Sparkling Smile! From the moment I walked in, I felt so at ease. The office is absolutely adorable, with a relaxed and welcoming vibe that made me forget I was even at the dentist.
Tracy, the hygienist, was a joy to work with—so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She made my cleaning a breeze and took the time to explain everything she was doing. Dr. Lori Conrad is equally amazing! She’s incredibly professional, thorough, and educated, but what really stood out was her fantastic people skills. Dr. Conrad is one of the kindest, gentle dentists I've been to. She approaches the issues with an open mind and isn't just out to make money by suggesting unnecessary procedures. She has high quality equipment and her staff is amazing! I have been seeing Tracy her hygienist for over 10 years and I followed her to this office and I am so glad I did. Tracy is irreplaceable!
