When I walked into the first meeting with Jeff I was what I thought to be broken beyond repair. Within a matter of weeks he was able to help completely shift the way I feel about myself and really get down to the root of my drinking. Jeffery is one of those therapist that will see you and listen to you for who you are. The moment I walked through the doors I felt seen and heard. I didn’t feel like a number or a statistic. Thanks to the tools and support here that are presented with care and kindness, I can proudly say I am now going for my second year of sobriety. I now look forward to living life sober and to its fullest.
