Michael Manning and his team were very professional in all aspects of our roofing project. From the day the arrived onsite to strip the roof to the day they finished. The site, lawn, shrubs and areas where thoroughly cleaned up. They kept everything neat and organized during the entire work day. This made for an efficient and organized project. Even our neighbors commented how clean the yard was the entire week while they were here. I would recommend them to anyone asking.

Customers describe the experience as extraordinary, with the owner on site during the entire process and a wonderful roof as the result. Cleanup around the home was immaculate. When an attic vent fan stopped working about one year after installation, the company came to the home right away and repaired it. Scheduling the estimate was easy, and the team was professional, informative, and thorough. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and customers received a great deal on new gutters along with the roof. Communication was always great from the first meeting throughout the entire process, with details conveyed with clarity, a well organized schedule, and inquiries promptly answered. Workers were outstanding, polite, diligent, and thorough, respectful of customers and property, cleaning the entire work area daily. The new roof is beautiful. The company also replaced a skylight after a hurricane, keeping customers informed of the order and timely installation, and completed a major gutter repair, raising and straightening the gutter. One customer notes the company was slow to complete projects and careless about equipment, leaving construction debris along the roadside, but the situation was made right.
Reviews
Michael Manning Roofing recently replaced the roof on my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I always knew what was happening and what to expect. Their original quote was also very accurate, so there were no unexpected surprises when the final bill came. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and cleaned everything up afterward. The new roof looks great, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work. Five stars!
My experience with Michael Manning Roofing services has been extraordinary. The owner was on site during the entire process and the roof came out wonderful. In addition to the great work, the cleanup around my home was immaculate. Approximately one year after installation one of my attic vent fan stopped working. Adam Manning, son of the owner, came to the home right away and repaired the attic vent. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing or gutter services you may need.
