Interesting that old reviews are positive and new ones, not so much. I’m new here and notice lots of negatives, and more popping up all the time. I do not own a truck, but the Meadows still does not allow trucks - a negative elitist viewpoint from 50 years ago and in violation of Florida state law.
I walk everyday and the publicized walking paths are falling apart. Up close the landscape is also.
And how can I forget to mention the “award - winning golf courses”? The are no longer winning anything because they are CLOSED.

Very safe and friendly community. 24 hour safety patrol. Staff is helpful and keep in constant communication with residents.Beautiful nature trail, fitness trail, lakes and ponds. It's a breath of fresh air.
