They were great at first. Then they called to schedule my appointment to re-certify. I had class that morning and had to reschedule. The time they wanted me to reschedule, I was not able to make.
I had 4 days left on my certification, but when I went to dispensary (same day that I couldn’t make appt), the dispensary agent said they’ve never seen a doctor do this before-They canceled my certification and cut me off, before the expiration.
This is very dangerous for patients. Any doctor who is doing this, without communication, is simply careless and unprofessional. I’ll be sure that people I’ve referred to them, go to another doctor, that I will find, asap.

Avoid at all costs! They will terminate you as a patient because you decide you’re no longer using them as a doctor EVEN though you’ve already paid & your card isn’t expired - you’ll then have to pay another doctor even though you technically already paid & your file should’ve never been cancelled ? His wife Vicki literally terminated my file as a patient without telling me, when I cancelled my follow up appointment bc I wasn’t going to renew with them IN A MONTH. I went to the dispensary, they said my entire file was cancelled and it said I no longer had a doctor. I’m reporting them to the state and don’t recommend going here. Also, his wife Vicki who you deal with seems nice at first and then treats you poorly afterwards and isn’t very pleasant. All together a poor experience and left me SOL \u0026 having to pay more out of pocket for no reason. ?????
