I highly recommend Longboat Key Roofing. They did an excellent job replacing my roof. I wasn’t in town when they did it so they sent me pictures showing me things they were working on throughout the project. I felt that the pricing to do the job was affordable.
We just had a new roof installed by Longboat Key Roofing and we couldn’t be happier. Every step was explained beforehand by VP James Peel and Laura Jung and followed up by specialized Removal and Reinstall teams managed by Ivan and Lucas who oversaw the hardest working men imaginable. Our pool, lanai, landscaping, garage doors and driveway pavers were protected from damage and the site was totally cleaned up every evening which really impressed our neighbors. Follow up people repaired and repainted stucco and decorative moldings and worked with Skyway Gutters to make sure our finished product is perfect. The process to select a new roofing company started with a meeting with James Peel, president of. He prepared a very descriptive folder with all pertinent, up to date information about a roof replacement- mine and attached neighbors was 25 years old.
Learned a lot — James hires and uses only his Emory’s for total installation; a supervisor is on location everyday, property is combed everyday for debris, dumpsters are removed each day and photos of work progress are provided each day and supervisor will takes calls for any questions.
