Went in for my new patient appointment at Lifetime Smiles yesterday. I was respected from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. Despite being on the phone the front-desk person immediately acknowledged my presence; my x-rays were taken quickly and competently by a friendly tech; while reviewing the results, dentist Dr Branscombe immediately zeroed in on a problem area I knew about but hadn't yet mentioned & provided me options for how to treat and went through the pros and cons of each approach. His chair-side manner is excellent. Then, at the end of my visit, the technician reviewed a treatment plan with me about what was going to happen during my future visits, and what each element of the treatment would cost; the handoff from the technician to payment at the front desk was seamless, as was the scheduling of my future appointment. Seriously impressed. Actually looking forward to going back to the dentist! haha
