My daughter ordered a dress weeks ago and it hasn’t come yet. It’s for my wedding and she is devastated. She spent way more than her budget usually allows for this special occasion. No one answers the phone and the voicemail is full. What a scam! Do not order anything from Lady Brigade online! UPDATE: I updated the review to 4 stars rather than 1. The owners husband reached out to me after I contacted them here and said they would send the dress asap. It should arrive tomorrow. I'm very happy with the customer service.
