This company went above and beyond to fix some ongoing AC issues at our company. Our project ended up being a real pain in the backside - ours and theirs. But they stuck with us and saw it thru til the end, and fixed a big problem. They were professional and stuck with us until things were working right. Thank you to the owner and the entire team for doing the right thing.
Been looking for an honest company who would perform maintenance necessary without coming back with a long list of expensive add-ons that they say must be done! Finally found one! Highest recommended!!
I called as soon as they opened, Maureen in the office answered and they were able to send out a tech quickly! The technicians Jason and Edgar were amazing and solved my drainage clog issue. I felt at ease the whole visit and after describing the problem, they went to work without second guessing me !! Which is rare being a lady describing what I knew I needed to have done. I was not overcharged or pressured into extra services like a lot of other companies try to do. I can safely say this company is my go to going forward for any HVAC problems that come up! They showed up and went above and beyond my expectations 😊
