Husband needed arm on glasses repaired on $200+ frames, creepy looking guy didn't want to hear about it. Been customers for years, NEVER going back. Whatever happened to Tania? She was great!! All I can say is that I was truly blown away today at JCPenney Optical. I recently moved from California and realized I was out of contacts and in desperate need of a new pair today -- it being Saturday, I realized it would be hard to get in, as I needed a new prescription on top of needing contacts. Tanya answered the phone when I called, was such a friendly voice on the other end, and said she would talk to the doctor to see what they could do, though their schedule was full. Less than 15 minutes later I get a call back, and Tanya said the doctor would get me in. Just, WOW.
