I finally stopped in here and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the staff. Great selection across a variety of price points and the staff was very helpful in sourcing exactly what I was looking for (including letting me look in the backyard among the small lots of bulk tile since my project was small). Highly recommended.
A big thank you to Kathy and her team. Kathy is a delight to work with. She has an excellent design sense and help us on two projects. We had ideas yet we were a drift. She took our ideas, translated them for us and steered us toward making good choices. She speaks up when you might be making a bad design decision and I like that. Her design advice and tips were very valuable to us. Plus, she's always cheerful and fun to work with. We are very happy with all the title we selected and our two projects turning out awesome! Thank you Kathy, we couldn't have done it without you!
From start to finish, everyone showed professionalism, design assistance and most of all, patience! I would go in thinking I had a solid plan, then Terina would graciously help me, and then I was on another GREAT design direction!! Time after time after time, she remained so helpful in this fun process. I can't forget about Nardi, the Install Manager! He was also so professional, kind, knowledgeable, reliable and even took calls after hours. Then of course, this installers, Julio and Mix! They, too, were excellent. SO, look no further! I know there are many tile resources around, but this was a great experience.
