I am so happy to have taken my car to Hitchcock Automotive!! I am not very car savvy but H.A made it very easy for me and explained everything that was going to happen to my car, leaving me to feel very comfortable. Scott even texted me a few days after I picked up my car to check in and see if everything was working great....it was! I will definitely be coming back if I have any future issues with my car! :)

Brought my husband's truck in cause the clutch was going. He had us bring it in on Friday. Even though he wouldn't be able to work on it till monday/tues. Scott wanted to make sure it didnt completly break down over the weekend and my husband be without a car. Scott gave my husband a loner car till his was fixed. And had the truck all fixed by Tues. He is very kind and thoughtful. Always thinking about his customers. Thank you again Scott.

I was referred to Hitchcock Auto Repair and I’m glad I was. Took in my Toyota FJ Cruiser and Scott Sr was helpful from my first call to picking up my vehicle. They are transparent and helpful with the work they do. You can trust they will take care of you and your car. I will be a return customer of Hitchcock if I need vehicle repairs in the future.
