If you're looking for a true old-school barber who knows his craft, Ed at Gulf Gate Drive Barbershop is your guy. I had been to several shops asking for a flat top, and most either said they couldn’t do it or admitted it had been a long time—but they'd "give it a try." No thanks. I want a barber, not a science experiment.
I walked into Gulf Gate and Ed didn’t hesitate for a second. No fuss, no guesswork—just a great haircut from someone who clearly knows what he’s doing. This is the kind of barbering you don’t see much anymore. Highly recommend!

Gulf Gate Drive Barbershop offers a classic, nostalgic atmosphere and good conversation. The barbers provide great cuts, especially for those with specific styles in mind, at reasonable prices. It is a no nonsense shop with a very friendly and great atmosphere. Barber Ed provides a great haircut and a great beard trim, with many people commenting on how great you will look. His rates are very fair and beyond reasonable. He is highly recommended and you will not be disappointed.
