Let me start by saying we had a very complicated problem. We had water on our bathroom and kitchen floors and Greater Bay immediately sent out a plumber out the same day. Based on his initial observations it was determined that we needed to bring in a leak detection company which was called immediately and came later that day. The next day Jeff and the same plumber came out and accessed the foundation of the home through the floor of the kitchen and from an exterior wall, and within several hours had the piece of elbow CPVC replaced that had a crack in it. I can't say enough about Jeff and his crew! Had to have all my cast iron pipes replaced. They finished laying the new piping right before the hurricane and then promptly came back to finish up. The storm will surely back up jobs (among everything else!) so to have someone reliable and totally on top of things is amazing! And Jill in the office is always so kind.
