Unhelpful. Requested an apportionment only to be told my appointment was not for my phone to be repaired but to let them know I was coming. They told me I would have to schedule another appointment to have my phone repaired, that they didn't have the tech or the part available for the appointment I scheduled. Not sure what the point of requesting and appointment with your specific needs to be repaired if you can't even take the time to ensure a member of staff is available for scheduled repair. Will be taking my business elsewhere where there is an actual competent person to address my needs.
