I was having issues with my computer antivirus program and with my computer's printer. Brian from Geek Squad came out and was very professional. Very courteous and knowledgeable and felt relaxed having him in my home. Did not pressure me into buying anything I didn't need or upgrading to newer systems. Highly recommend.

At first, very polite but then it turned into a wait let me transfer you to someone else game. I ended up with no help. So I won't put this all on Geek Squad, but Best Buys answering service stinks.
