The builder kept everyone informed throughout the process, explaining each step and adressing any questions or concerns promptly. The builder is very responsive to any issues that arose during and after project, even after final payment!
It's been over a year that Fox Pools designed and installed our salt water pool and I can absolutely say they did an excellent and professional job throughout the process, Susie, Lawrence, Brandon! From designing the pool and spa to picking material for the pool and deck, everything went smoothly and they made sure we were completely satisfied. All of our guests have commented how awesome the pool and spa are. I very highly recommend them and will use Fox pools again if we ever need another pool installation!
