So much fun you forget you're working out! The instructors are so supportive and high energy. It takes a few classes to pickup the dances but the more you go the better and more fun it gets!

Just did my first throw down class tonight and it was awesome! I had never been so I didn’t know what to expect. They didn’t teach any routines; they just put on a song and everyone already knows it. As a dancer, I could pick it up decently quick. This is some intense cardio!! It’s song after song with no breaks! You will leave sweating and smiling that’s for sure! I’m from MA so I will definitely try their virtual classes!!?
