Customers describe Erie Home as an awesome company with top notch service and work second to none. One customer saw an advertisement and loved the look of the metal roofs and the warranty. Neighbors commented on how well the roof complimented the home. The crew finished in a timely manner, and the company replaced a gutter that received some damage during installation. The underlayment used has cut down on rain and hail noise and heat into the attic. The materials installed are superior, and the installers did an amazing job, working from sun-up to sunset in extreme heat. There was no trash anywhere, and a magnet was run over the yard several times to find screws, staples, and other pieces of metal hidden in the grass. The company sends documentation to submit to insurance companies. The roof looks like it belongs on a log home and will outlast the owner. Erie Home did a great job from removing the old roof to installing the new roof in one day, with double underlayment that is Miami Dade county certified for high wind and hail. The presentation was great, knowledgeable, and professional, and the new roof looks great and was installed very well. Erie Home comes highly recommended.
We selected Erie Home for their National footprint and reputation. We are pleased with the final result. All authorization paperwork was completed by the company efficiently and quickly. The crew performed as we expected. They respected our space and our neighbors by creating only the necessary noice related to the work. I.e, no loud music, etc. They were business-like. Cleaned up each day, and followed the rules of the community as to start and stop times. We recommend Erie Home if you’re considering the installation of a metal roof because you will get quality materials and we expect you will receive quality work.
Saw Erie Homes Roofing advertisement and loved the look of their metal roofs and their warranty. We are highly impressed with their work. Had many neighbors comment on how well it complimented our home. First time I've had a roof put on a home I n more than 40 years that we didn't find nails (in this case mainly screws) in the yard and driveway, cleanup of yard was pristine. .Crew finished in a timely manner and company replaced the gutter that received some damage during the installation. It may be a bit more costly than the 'normal' metal roofs installed in Florida, but we feel it was worth every penny. The underlayment used has cut down on rain/hail noise and… read full review
The materials they installed are superior to any I had ever seen. The installers did an amazing job. They worked from sun-up to sunset in extreme heat. On two of the days there were sudden, powerful rain storms that lasted over an hour each. When they finished you couldn't tell they were ever here except for the beautiful new roof. There was no trash anywhere. They ran a magnet over the yard several times to find screws, staples and any other pieces of metal that were hidden in the grass. Whatever they get paid is not enough. The company is sending me documentation to submit to my insurance company. The cost is two times as much as it would have cost me for a… read full review
