Joy is great to work with! She has an eye for detail, makes you feel relaxed and comfortable, and is super easy to carry a conversation with (which is a huge plus as a socially awkward introvert!). When she moved away from her previous service location (Fresh Wax) to begin her own business, it was a no-brainer that I was going to follow her.
