I have had MULTIPLE connections with Dynasty on and off when needed the last year. I felt the need to leave a note for an amazing lady that is on the front line. Pat or “Patty” has always delivered and gone above and beyond to help and get me in the right direction with any questions, concerns or inquiries. We have worked together for a little over a year. We have had home renovations off and on with the last being fascia, soffit’s and a new roof. Thank you SO much Pat for being that shining star. Dynasty is very fortunate to have you. I had a new roof and new gutters installed in April of this year and requested a Wind Mitigation report from Dynasty to help offset and reduce my new premium from my homeowners insurance company. Every little bit helps. I had hired a 4pt inspection with another company as well. The inspection by Robbie months ago , who was super nice, required page 4 to be signed by a licensed contractor,. His report was incomplete. So, Kelly, the Manager in Tampa stepped up to the plate who was very professional and courteous and helped me resolve my small issue instantly. Today 2RT Home Inspections, LLC arrived at my house and inspected my roof and home and will send my new completed...read full review

Dynasty replaced two of my roofs and did an incredible job. They saved me over $50k and I have referred them to a number of my friends and family members. Highly recommend. Extremely timely and professional.
