I wasn't sure if cleaning my carpet using the dry method would really work, but I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did and so glad I used Dry Carpet Care. All of the spots and the path to the bedroom are gone. The carpet looks brand new. After it was cleaned I could walk on it immediately. Stephen did a fantastic job and a pleasure to do business with. Steve did a great job on our condo carpets. He was punctual, friendly, and thorough. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. He differentiated his method from Chem-Dry and how they still used water which left the carpets wet and subjected to holding dirt and increasing chances for mildew. I can’t say enough good things about his work and results. He made the front door runner that collects the most dirt look brand new. We like the fact that Steve is a second generation owner/operator and the company has been in the business since 1991. We will be working with Steve whenever we need carpet cleaning.
