Jon discovers how you hurt yourself then uses his a.r.t. to re-adjust your body to a healthy state. He has helped me and several of my referrals to relief over the years. Thanks Jon!

I was in town for Rowing Olympic Trials and needed to get some maintenance work done while I was there. Dr Pro was great. I have been to a lot of chiropractors over the last few years and his style was different from all of them. He does a mix of ART and soft tissue massage and an adjustment at the end. I found it to be really helpful for my tight hips. The next day I had one of the best rows of my life. My hips felt loose and I was able to compress more than I am used to. He also addressed my tight quads and gave me exercises to do on my own to continue progressing. He is a little quirky, but knows his shit. I would highly recommend him- especially for athletes!

Dr. Pro is amazing! My neck was in a bad way from several nights of sleeping on a hotel pillow instead of on my cervical pillow that I use at home. I was desperate for an adjustment and hit the jackpot when I ended up in Dr. Pro's office. He did a full exam looking over things like my posture and analyzing my breathing (who knew that how we breathe could affect our neck pain??). I have slight scoliosis, constant lower back pain, on and off knee pain (wearing knee braces when walking a lot or exercising), I can't stand for long periods (or sit for that matter) and my neck always hurts. He had me sit on a severely angled chair to prove the point about how our hips should be higher than our knees. I couldn't believe how good this tilted chair felt! Then he had me stand on a magazine under one heel because the scoliosis always throws my hip off. The slight thickness of the magazine leveled out my hips and boom, I felt immediate relief. It was like the perfect "ahhhh" moment. Obviously I can't stand still all day with a magazine under my heel, but the point was really important in understanding my structure. He used a pressure point technique on my back called A.R.T. (active release) that released ALL of the pain in my back. Let me say that again: ALL the pain in my back was released. He gave me a list of simple things I can do to maintain this new blissful pain-free state (better desk chair, adjust one orthotic to mimic the magazine or add thin pieces of cardboard under my heel, one simple stretch each day, different breathing, using a rolled towel under my neck...). It has been 2 weeks since my appointment and my back, neck and knees all still feel great. I have been to countless chiropractors in the past 40 years and no one has held a candle to Dr. Pro for long-term relief.
