Terrible. Im so upset that I wasted my monry. The man that did my pedicure never smiled once at me from start to finish. He was rough while cleaning my nails and I had to pull my foot away more than once because he was hurting me. And when using the pumice stone he was very rough on my heels, but on my arch he was light and I kept pulling my foot away saying it was tickling me- but he didn't even look up or acknowledge me he just acted annoyed and kept doing it the same way! Finally he stopped and did a quick massage and polish. Didn't help me arry my shoes or bag while I walked slowly to the air dryer. I will certainly never go back.Service: Pedicures

My daughter had her eyebrows waxed recently at Diva nails which she has been doing so for a year. Kim is the usual person who waxed her eyebrows, Kim was not available. She had to have her eyebrows done by THE OWNER STEPHANIE she was extremely rough and tore all of the skin off of my daughters eyelids and the forehead. She was extremely unapologetic and when I called the store to address the issue I was told she was told she was sitting outside in a chair outside of the establishment and refused to come to the phone. In response to your response about my daughters skin being ripped off her face by Stephanie the owner! As I stated before I spoke with a gentleman who is also the owner why are you apologising after you saw my Google review why did you not apologise when I was in the store with my daughter and you refuse to speak with me you refunded my money and told me never to come back you could’ve apologise then when I brought her in and showed you her face all the skin ripped off of her face and you just looked at me and told me to speak to Stephanie you didn’t apologise you told me not to come back !!!!!
