I ordered Quartz countertops from Home Depot and they contracted DSF to install. Just a couple days ago the longest piece of countertop collapsed onto the base cabinet dropping about an inch. It was a mess I contacted Home Depot and they in turn contacted Shari Balllard at DSF. Shari immediately contacted me and scheduled to have a Tech come out. I paid $175.00 for them to come out as they are in Saradota and I'm in Lakeland. The Tech arrived and found that the original installation crew had cut a couple corners which led to the downfall of the countertop. Eric the Tech did an excellent job reinstalling the countertop. The Countertop Installers Darius and Jarred did a wonderful job. My family is very happy with the work. I was very impressed with the exceptional level of customer service and expertise.
