Yes it looks as if they are out of business. Stopped servicing me in November and hasn’t returned calls or emails. Very shaky.

As far as I understand, they are out of business and sold. Fortunately, our huge project never got started.

I was a client of design Scapes in 2019. I worked with Brian who was very personable. They installed my landscape and Lanai lighting. I’ve had several landscape lights blow out in December so I reached out to design Scapes and Brian for them to service and replace the lights. Since December I have sent text messages for several weeks directly to individuals to contact me. Since I never heard back I’ve called the office directlyI very week twice a week from January thru last week early March 2020. I’ve never been able to speak to a live person so l’ve followed the prompts and have attempted to reach anyone. The last part of the phone prompts says to leave a message... read full review
