My name is Robert T.
I’m the maintenance supervisor at the Vue Sarasota Bay Condominium. This morning I had a 1 inch hot water shut off valve break on me while turning a unit main water. I called Rob the supervisor at Daniels plumbing. Within minutes he had Paul at the location. We had to shut down the building and drain the water and drain down to 9th floor. Paul work rigorously to get that bad valve out in a very tight space. He got it done and we was able to get the water running . Great experience with Daniel’s Plumbing. I called on Wednesday about replacing our water heater, they came out Thursday, and Gary had the old one out and the new one installed within just a few hours.
We had a small issue afterward where the water wasn’t getting hot, but Gary came back out the next day and figured out our house had some weird wiring with a second breaker, so it wasn’t anything they did wrong. Since then the water has been extremely hot, which is exactly what I wanted!
Gary did a great job, the price was good, and the service was great. Would definitely recommend them.
