Cool Today technicians are always polite, and they always wear shoe booties in the house. They are the only techs that I know who do that. Sometimes I think your prices are such that the Cool Today Park naming rights have to be paid for somehow, but you stand behind your service and make it right now matter what. And, best of all I think you know your stuff, so I believe Cool Today can be trusted in this day and age of scammers and cheats. That means a whole lot and it worth some bucks. Had a leak under my sink. A service technician was available within 24 hours and was very punctual. He arrived at a time accommodating my morning schedule. The problem was nominal, involving a few twists of a screw to tighten part. There was no charge. This is one of many timely and first visit problem resolution we have experienced since doing business with cool today 2 years ago. Thanks so much!
Torell was such a great technician. He explained everything he was doing, answered all of my questions, and was thorough in his inspection and maintenance of my a/c. I will definitely stay with Cool Today and I will request the technician be Torell!
