Purchasing a used vehicle at Krifer Auto was easy and I had no initial problems. The business owner seemed like a decent guy and I assumed everything would be stress-free. However, the ability to receive help afterward has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was initially informed that the vehicle had "no major repairs or damage" although while driving on the highway the engine caught on fire. At that point, I reached out to the business owner in hopes of a quick and easy solution. This place is disgusting. The owner, Chris, is a crook. He will steal your money, ruin your car and then act like it never happened. He destroyed my car. He put an old transmission in, wrong sized brakes (which he charged me 638.00 dollars for), and he left a baby seat in my car and was driving it around. This business is awful, do not go here. They rip you off and destroy your vehicle.
