The installers removed the existing flooring and underlayment and replaced these same items with professional precision. My folks needed wall to wall carpet. pulled up, and laminate put in their bedroom.This had to be done in one day so they could sleep in their own bed. Everyone at Chappie's was professional, kind, and patient. We found beautiful,flooring and a crew of two did an outstanding job in one day, des It's some rain and challenges around setting up their work area. This is the place to go for your flooring needs!
What a great store. Their selection of flooring is huge! The sales staff were very knowledgeable about the choices. We decided on the Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. Mark came out to do the measuring for the job. He was very nice. We had them install it. What a wise thing to do! The installers were Mike and Frank. They were nice too! They were very meticulous and very precise on the installation. They ran into a few glitches but handled it well. They did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend this store!
