Certified Carpet & Floor Care, Inc. (specifically Pierre Delmenico, owner, and his assistant, Cass) provided me with the most positive service-call in my life. Pierre stayed in close touch when schedule conflicts occurred; they were both extremely efficient; they arrived at exactly the appointed time. Pierre took a look at the 10-foot semi-circular ripple in my carpet and immediately diagnosed the problem. I knew the original installers from a "carpet world" on 14th Street had been sloppy, but Pierre knew immediately what they'd done wrong. He gave me a quote to repair the problem but said that it might not be a permanent fix because of the sloppiness of installation....read full review

fabulous job on my carpets and tile floors. The tile looks like new (and its 17 years old) - They were courteous, prompt, and took great care of moving everything around & putting it back in place. Thank you!!
