Started off great with the original management team. Declined after new leasing team and management team came in. There’s illegal airbnbs being sublet, and the leasing office doesn’t care to do anything about it despite many complaints from residents. Leasing office staff never answer emails -land are generally not helpful. Get used to different strangers living to next you like a hotel. Also, several car thefts because the gate is always broken.
Not a resident yet but did a tour with Brooke today. First impression of the building walking in was it had a luxurious but fun vibe with the scent of a 5 star hotel. Cool artwork throughout the building, amenities were up to date and seemed well maintained. Apartment I saw was gorgeous, couldn’t believe there was a coat closet! Could def see myself coming home here and feeling comfortable. Brooke was very professional throughout the showing, she was warm, attentive with a razor sharp professionalism. Def the front runner in the search for my new place.
Went there yesterday with a friend of mine for a tour. We were instantly welcomed and treated super kindly. The atmosphere was warm and homey, unlike the tour we had at Fusion which felt significant more corporate and profit focused.
Will absolutely be moving here once the time is right, have yet to find a better complex downtown for its price and location.
