Quickly diagnosed issue with old remote operated blinds, provided quotes, and assisted thinking through solution - all while I’m remote and Steven was on site. Communication was excellent, blinds came in well ahead of promised date, worked with our rental agent and our tenant and now everyone is happy. Highly recommend.

Very happy to have found Steven's Blinds. I have a very large 15 year old woven blind that was no longer operating. Steven jr. came to assess the situation and determined all I need was a new clutch. It took a few weeks to arrive but it was installed with precision and care and now the blind works better than it ever did when it was new. I'm so relieved. If I had not been able to get it repaired I would have been looking at the expense of changing the blinds for the entire room which otherwise still look great! I highly recommend their services.

Steven's Blinds is a wonderful business. They took the time to help us repair older blinds purchased elsewhere, and followed up with us to make sure they worked as hoped. Patricia was especially helpful :)
