Very nice people. Niceties mean nothing when your dog is returned with FLEAS. The inside of the building looks like it’s not been cleaned in a long, long minute. Dogs were not separated and were running around loose. How does that work? Y’all put freshly groomed dogs with the dirty ones?
Additionally, I was never asked if my dog had her vaccinations or was on flea and tick prevention. NEXT.

We will never bring our dogs back to be groomed. We tried y’all one time for our King Charles spaniels and walked in to get them watching the guy(In picture) shove my baby against the wall and brush him hard as he was crying. This is why I don’t trust many people with them! Shame on you!

This little coastal dog grooming shop is a great find. The staff are friendly, patient, and clearly care about the dogs they work with. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, which makes drop-off easy and stress-free.

We are on an extended vacation in the area and wanted to get our Westie cleaned up. They were very accommodating (got her in the same day I called) and did a terrific job at a fair price. Highly recommend!

They left a quarter sized wound that is fairly deep and didn’t bother to apologize or even mention that it happened. It’s concerning that someone who works with dogs would hurt them like this and not care enough to say anything. It says a lot about the groomer and the management. Needless to say we won’t be back.

The owner is very friendly and patient. Since moving here, I’ve always taken Kali here to get her nails trimmed and they do an excellent job. I love that they are able to take walk-ins! Very accommodating
