My mom went to this salon and had a cut by the owner. She has complicated hair because it is naturally curly (3a/3b), lots of gray, and no matter how much product she puts on it, her hair always wants more (very porous and dry). Also, her hair grows forward; so when she has bangs, it always wants to fall over her eyes which she hates. Plus, we live in a humid environment, so frizz is an issue. The owner gave my mom the best haircut she has ever had. I am shocked. I just assumed her hair was so complicated that she would never be able to get the cut she wants.
