This is the second time we have used South Walton restoration. Erik was on time and thoroughly professional. Very knowledgeable about the different fabrics, much more than carpet cleaners. He was polite and gave us tips to keep the carpet and fabric in good shape. He worked quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward.
