This is the second time we have used South Walton restoration. Erik was on time and thoroughly professional. Very knowledgeable about the different fabrics, much more than carpet cleaners. He was polite and gave us tips to keep the carpet and fabric in good shape. He worked quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had out here in Santa Rosa Beach with contractors. The technician showed up on time as agreed, seemed very happy to be there. I have mohawk carpeting and have had other companies come out over the years and no one could get it as clean as these guys did.I quizzed the person on the phone regarding the correct way to clean my carpeting before I set an appointment. He answered all my questions correctly and informed me of what product they use, which is approved by the carpet institute and mohawk themselves so this was really good to hear.The technician cleaned three levels of flooring from a truck mount, I was surprised he had that much hose but seemed he had plenty more to use if need be. His work van was clean and everything inside looked of high quality (I went out there to check it out).The water that was going through his filter was visible and whoa that stuff was black. It took him a good minute to do all the work but my carpets haven't looked this amazing since I had them installed 15 years ago.He gave me an invoice showing what he had done and what he used and was aware of my 25 year warranty (which likely was voided by other cleaning companies)I am extremely pleased with their work, I needed someone today on a Sunday to come out since family is showing up on Tuesday and the person on the phone said they could be there in an hour and a half and they met that.I can't express enough how awesome it is to find a company like this one. The professionalism, quality, punctuality, and everything else positive was there.Services: Carpet steam cleaning

We have used South Walton Carpet Restoration for probably close to 10 years now, for ALL of the carpet, tile and furniture steam clean needs in our vacation homes. Both Erik and Tony are fantastic - responsive, professional, punctual - plus they offer very reasonable pricing and are just darn nice guys to work with.
