    Terrible! They admittedly lost my duvet cover and agreed to pay for replacement- then backed out giving me what they thought (about 1/2) of what it cost to replace from Pottery Barn.
    Rude and dont give a crap about their customers. Beware!

    Extremely overpriced alterations. Took a dress in to be hemmed and minor alterations at the waist and came out with a bill costing three times what the dress itself cost. Almost $100 for just that alteration. Not sure what has happened since they moved to the new location, but the same alteration would have been around $40 at most when they were at the seaside location. Ridiculous. Beware!

    Only Dry cleaner that I will use in the area. They are quick, easy and efficient. They have even helped me get measurements for a suit that I was buying overseas one time. Never had any complaints about them and will continue to take my business to their establishment.

    I was very pleased with my first order. Shirts were cleaned, pressed and folded as requested. I got a text when the order was ready, and was able to pay online prior to pick up. Easy peasy!

    (Update Aug 13th)
    We have our attorney starting the case, thank you for some customers had same situations reached out to us, like we said the attorney fee is on us. We can not allow shop like this to take advantage on us.
    Tomorrow we will post all the phone recordings with Joanne and Daniel which they said over the phone that they are willing to pay and trying to pay, but the fact is they never paid and still no response back to us at all. Just lies and lies.

    I would like to invite anyone encountered with the same situation like me to join the legal case we are bringing up towards High Tech Dry Cleaners in Santa Rosa Beach. The attorneys’ fee is covered no need to worry. Can’t let any consumer being treated like this.
    Hi Daniel and hi Joanne, your shop damaged my Versace leather jacket, even after I called ahead of time to double check, you told me no problem. And what I got back is a completely damaged jacket. This was at the end of June, Daniel told me the shop will be responsible and get a same new jacket for me. Never, I mean NEVER got any follow up phone call from the shop.
    I had to call multiple times and left multiple please call back messages, still NEVER one time call back from Daniel.
    I was “lucky “ to happen to call one time and Daniel was in the shop and talked to Daniel. Daniel gave me an email address to have Versace email the payment link over for the jacket, never paid.
    And then, I got hold of Joanne. Versace emailed over 3 times of payment link, Joanne talked with me over the phone, she said it will get paid, never get paid. The reason is “the bank told her the Versace payment link is not safe”?? How not safe?
    Plus she emailed back Versace that me leaving this one star review here is childish. (Per attached picture) I would leave minus star if I could.
    Every time I talked to Joanne and Daniel over the phone, they always told me that they will be responsible for the damaged jacket, but no payment was ever made to Versace. Joanne told me over the phone this morning that they can send a check, and I specifically said I will email back details about the check, today Aug 9th whole day not a reply from Joanne nor Daniel.

    I was a long time customer with this shop, and I would never thought Daniel and Joanne would treat their loyal customer like this.
    Now you are pushing me to take the legal route, like I said, it’s about the principle and how you treat your customers. Email communications and phone recordings are all the evidence that you told me one thing on the phone but in fact did nothing on your end and did not care a single bit.
    I was very patient and nice during all these time since end of June, and things will be different from now on.

    We called about 10times this morning and your store number is not going through at all.
    Also Versace has confirmed that you never made the payment as you told us last Friday you were going to.

    We dropped off the leather jacket after confirming with shop owner Daniel that you will be able to handle the cleaning of the jacket.
    However at the time when we picked up the jacket it was completely ruined due to the cleaning.
    Daniel has promised us that he will be responsible for the damage and get us a same new jacket for replacement. Please refer to your surveillance camera at the end of June and you should see the whole process took place in the shop with your staff being present.

    We called multiple times, left multiple messages with your staff Janice, and received no call back from Daniel at all.

    Thus we called again on last Friday, and you said you will take over this issue from now on. As we talked last Friday, you had said the payment will be made last Friday.

    Here we are on Monday and you had failed your promise.

    We have been very patient with this
