They also answer the phone and take the time to talk to you which is so RARE these days! My young adult that gets so nervous going to the dentist said the staff was incredibly kind. “Have been going to this office for awhile and have always had good experiences. I had a tooth chip off on Thursday evening and called even though they were closed on Friday and was able to schedule an appointment Monday morning. Dr. Plaza did an excellent job numbing the area without any pain felt. Normally when dentists told me that it was much more than a pinch to me and I'm 62 so I've had many dental procedures. I highly recommend this Dentist and the office staff overall.“

“Super friendly and professional treatment. Michelle quickly returned my call and squeezed me in to fix a chipped tooth. Val was very reassuring and personable as she checked the problem tooth, took an an xray so Dr Gostout would have needed info so the best treatment could be implemented quickly. I told the team I was leaving there to take my husband in for surgery. It was a tight schedule for me and I feared I’d have to cancel the appointment. The team worked quickly without giving me the feel that care was rushed.It’s a busy practice but reassuring to know if you need urgent care, they will do their best to take care of you promptly. Can’t get any better!“

Minuses: High level of focus and expectation of the financials during initial engagement. A private one on one discussion with responsible staff upon initial engagement would help clarify financials. Better communication with administrative staff could be achieved with eye to eye level of interaction with eye contact. Exclude obstacle's like display screens. Please slow the speech rate down a little. New information takes longer to perceive than the rate a subject matter expert can deliver. Overall a great experience,“
