Ulta needs to work on providing samples that aren't empty and dried out... and this goes for every location, every location I have visited.The testers are always dried out.. it's actually like they're stingy with them. And I know, for a fact, they have little sample bottles of perfumes, and they always say they don't have them when I know that they do, because my aunt gets them i guess it's based on the cashier's bias an attitude in whether or not..They act like the little perks for customers Come out of their paycheck.. Newsflash , providing testers and samples , it will increase their sales revenue

Update. Spoke to the district manager of this location. She reached out after seeing my review. She apologized, which was much appreciated. If I’m ever in the area again and need something, I would be willing to give them another chance. Reminder to myself that anyone can have a bad day, and act out of character. It happens. But if Diamond sees this, I would hope she uses this as an example that there are truly understanding people in the world, and hope that she can pass some of that positivity on. Changing my review from a 1 to a 4.
