Oskar was great - He explained everything that he was going to do, made sure that we understood what was included in the service, and let us know we can call/text anytime we need help with something
Our tec, Oskar Salcedo, is always kind and goes the extra mile to help us stay bug free! He Greta at explaining the process and pointing out any other issues we may have like termites and rodents.
Very kind man who not only does our monthly inspection, but also took the time to look at a tree we were concerned about for termites. We're relieved to find out it was just water rot, but if we were interested, we could get the house protected for termites. Very Thoughtful!
