They are absolutely horrible drivers. We were stuck in traffic and the man behind the the wheel was driving unsafely on the shoulder of the interstate. It’s severely illegal unless you are an emergency vehicle.

The Complaints are about a company called Roof Depot aka One World Roofing.... Not -(The Roof Depot) which is a very good company.

Working with this company was a complete nightmare. I was promised a new roof in 6 weeks and it took all together almost a year. I wish I had the money to cancel the contract but I would have been out thousands of dollars doing that. I knew I hired the wrong company when they couldn't tarp my roof correctly to stop water from getting in. They had to come 4 times to tarp the roof. All while waiting for a new roof the mold and water damage spread in my bathroom. I had the added stress of having my old roof when Irma hit. I had to plead with them almost in tears for them to make sure that the tarps were secure to prevent further water damage to my home. My husband and I ended up on the roof trying to secure our roof as much as possible since they didn't want to. After Irma our roof had substantial damage they needed to be addressed right away. It took me several phone calls and getting Todd from channel 9 news for them to even start caring. Once the threat of a news story about their company, was there finally some progress but still I wasted countless hours having to keep up with them to make sure they were doing what they were suppose to be doing, it was like having a second full time job. They actually never finished the job I ended up paying out of pocket for a new chimney Cap because after a year they decided that they don't work on chimeys if they would have told be that sooner I would have fixed it way sooner and not wait for them.

I got stuck using this company when I purchased my home. The previous owner hired them to handle an insurance job and the work was completed after I took ownership. As others have stated, they promise a lot and deliver very little. I had no issues with the roof that they installed, it was the extensive damage that they caused to my home that was, and remains, the issue. They left my roof exposed in the rain and I now have water damage to my dining room ceiling. They replaced 2 skylights and damaged the ceiling drywall in my living room. They swept about 100 lbs. of granular material that falls off the shingles when installing into my gutter causing it to pull away from my house. I have called and texted constantly for months and they simply don't respond. Their website lists multiple locations, including the 'National Office' in New York City. This number just rings their Orlando, FL office. This company used to be called Roof Depot. I contacted the real Roof Depot who informed me that they are in litigation with One World to no longer do business as Roof Depot due to all of the bad press and legal issues that have come about due to their extremely poor work product. If you need a new roof, there are a ton of reputable, responsible roofing contractors out there. Save yourself the trouble, look elsewhere.

The Roof Depot, Inc. out of Sanford, FL explained the process that was involved with the re-roofing of our home. The Roof Depot people laid out the choices of roofing materials available and the price attached to each of the alternatives. We signed a notice of intent. A representative of Roof Depot was present when the insurance company adjuster arrived to survey the claim to clear up any questions between the two companies.Construction supplies were delivered and distributed up to the work area. On the date stated, the roofing crew arrived and started the tear-off of the existing roofing material. Clean up was done on an ongoing basis, and a final clean up was conducted prior to the crew leaving for the night. Once a section of roof was stripped down to the deck, underlayment and shingle application began. Supervisory personnel observed a design fault in the construction of the roof when the house was built, and the crew was directed to correct the deficiency so as to insure the integrity of The Roof Depot's final product. We would like to extend our thanks concerning this level of knowledge and professionalism on our behalf. The insurance company is happy, Roof Depot is happy, and most important of all my wife is happy. What's not to like?Professionalism, knowledge, and experience made this an excellent job.Again our thanks to everyone involved.

Took months to get job done. Consistently provide poor unreliable information. Advoided contact. Would mess up, then charge insurance for their mistake, such as skylights! Would not recommend! Overpriced! Still incomplete work and they still will not remedy!
