Great gym, great owners, great trainers. This is a great place to work out - I enjoy the atmosphere, the owners are super nice and friendly + there is a good variety of equipment. I work out with a trainer there and have really enjoyed that service as well.
Highly Recommend Jack at Rockstar Training in Sanford!
I started personal training at Rockstar with Jack, the owner. I’m very active in CrossFit and Orange Theory, but I had some old gymnastics injuries that made it hard to properly activate my hamstrings and adductors. Because of that, I was struggling to lift heavier without shifting side to side.
When I met Jack, I asked if he could help me with some isolated training to get these muscles firing again. He evaluated me thoroughly, created a customized plan, and progressed me each session, just enough to challenge me while keeping me moving toward my goals.

Rock Star Fitness is an excellent community oriented gym with a focus on providing all the equipment necessary for your level of fitness. Victor C is an outstanding trainer at Rock Star who is a trainer for everyone, no matter their age or goals. Victor listens to his client and models the training to them, not some corporate format. You will be happy you discovered Rock Star and Victor C!
