The management has been responsive in addressing these issues, and the recommendation is to request services from the more experienced staff members.
Tammy is always lovely, any of the people in this salon treat you like a real customer and not just a set of nails. They listen, work with your lifestyle budget and needs. I love coming here again & again. They are top service for a decent price.
I brought my granddaughter in for back to school nails and I was SUPER impressed with the guest relationship! She is not a girl who gets nails every month but the lady did indeed remember her. She asked my granddaughter how her mother's business was going and it was clearly a friendly supportive conversation. In 2026 so much of this world is impersonal and this experience was NOT that. If I was looking for a nail salon where I could build a relationship with my nail tech- this would 100% be it. Bravo. Go here. Make friends. Have beautiful nails. (They were less expensive than I had planned for also.)
I come here once a month for a pedicure. Every time, I get amazing service from the ladies (and gentleman) who work here. They always seem so happy to see me whenever I walk in and I always feel so welcome. I just get a basic pedicure each time and each time they do a great job. I'll continue coming here as my main nail place.
